Scott,

If there isn't cold water flowing then it is possible that you have a kink in the cold water line to the shower. Go to Meridian's web site and review the owners manual for your model year. It will show how the water lines were run.

Make sure both screws that turn the water on are really on. Remove the face plate and turn the screws to check. If one if off, you won't get any hot or cold water.
